Lilith

Lilith: The Forgotten Goddess traces the myth of Lilith from ancient Mesopotamia to the present day. Readers follow her creation beside Adam, her insubordination, her demonization and her place in Kabbalah, then see how feminism, psychology, psychoanalysis, religion, law and philosophy reclaimed her as a symbol of autonomy, freedom and the repressed shadow, closing with a reflection on the legacy of this forgotten goddess.
